Whitethorn (Crataegus Monogyna) hedging plants, also known as hawthorn are a fast growing, thorny native deciduous hedging plant with dark glossy green leaves. In spring, clusters of prominent scented white flowers come into leaf, followed by glossy red haws (berries) in autumn.
